This program supports the development of highly innovative, high-value-added products or services to strengthen France's scientific and technological foundation. It also provides backing for large-scale industrial or pre-industrial demonstrators of innovations at an advanced development stage, such as prototypes in representative environments and pilot production lines.

Innovations en biothérapies et bioproduction, 2-4 M €
Development of innovative solutions focusing on one of the following three themes:
Theme 1: Development of biotherapies for human or animal health (with anticipated impact on human health).
Theme 2: Development of R&D or stratification tools for advancing biotherapy development.
Theme 3: Development of new bioproduction processes, tools, equipment, and systems to optimize existing bioproduction technologies.
The project lead must be credibly, clearly, and identifiably positioned within the strategic value chain for biotherapies and bioproduction in France and/or Europe. Projects targeted under themes 1 and 2 of this call should have achieved a preliminary non-regulatory preclinical proof of concept.

Collaborative R&D projects. Support ambitious experimental development and industrial innovation projects led by companies in collaboration with academic research, with the primary objective of industrial production and market launch of innovative products, services, and/or processes with high added value and strong growth potential.

Promote the market introduction of innovative products and services with high added value. Candidate projects must aim for direct economic and technological impacts in the form of new products, processes, services, and technologies. Support individual R&D projects of regional SMEs and mid-sized enterprises (ETI) in the feasibility or development phase. In the healthsector, the focus is on numeric health and silver economy.

Health Industrialization and Capacity 2030, €1 M - €2 M
This call for projects targets companies undertaking the first industrialization of health products in the following areas:
- Biotherapies and the bioproduction of innovative therapies
- Emerging infectious diseases and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) threats
- Medical devices and in vivo diagnostic devices
- Relocation or strengthening of the essential medicines value chain
